Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Technology Services Business Development team supporting the Global Logistics and Modernization division. This position may be located in Ogden, UT, Washington, DC or San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance may be available for this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and establishing business relationships and developing opportunities in support of the division strategic growth and business goals. They will identify, qualify and shape new business opportunities for the products, capabilities and customers within the Division with particular emphasis on and expertise in US Air Force aviation sustainment, modernization and upgrade environments at the Ogden Air Logistics Center.
Develop customer relationships with air logistics center offices supporting DoD activities
Provide leadership for all areas of the new business acquisition process
Interface with Government Relations to accomplish customer executive level shaping
Interface with capture personnel to evolve the capture strategy of bid opportunities
Interface with the Technology Office to accomplish multi-year technology planning and discriminator/differentiator identification and development
Interface with the Line Organizations to coordinate on responsibilities for new vs. organic growth opportunities, human resource assignments and financial planning and allocation
Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business discipline and 10 or more years of combined experience with defense/aerospace business and defense operations
Experience performing and/or managing aircraft sustainment and modernization projects
Active Secret security clearance
Ability to effectively interface at executive levels
Ability to travel 25%
Significant Operational, Acquisition, and/or Program Management experience
Working knowledge of the MRO&U environments, operational and CONOP knowledge and experience
Strong existing relationships with Ogden ALC
Understanding of software development and sustainment
Current Top Secret SCI Clearance
Prior Program Management experience
