Responsible for facilitating clinical and research services as part of the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic and the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Clinic within the Department of Psychiatry. The clinics provide comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health care and facilitate ongoing research to improve behavioral health care. Primary clinical duties include, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations. Research-related duties include data entry, data cleaning, and proctoring computer-based neuropsychological assessments. Position will be responsible for maintaining clinical and research records and documentation and ensuring compliance consistent with Good Research and Clinical Practices.
