As the Director of the TRIO Veterans Upward Bound Program the primary function is to coordinate the direction, delivery and development of academic support services to ensure that the program is compliant with the federal statutory and regulatory provisions that govern the program (a Title IV federally funded program) and that the mission of the program is met. This includes overseeing the vision, planning, implementation and evaluation of each program component to provide an effective and successful educational experience for low-income, first-generation student veteran participants as they move towards their post-secondary academic goals.
