Etegent Technologies is seeking a contracts/subcontracts administrator to support all aspects of pre-and post-award contracts/subcontracts administration in the Government R&D market, including teaming strategy, proposal reviews, and negotiations in a dynamic business environment and work as part of a team with Etegent and our teammates, customers and other researchers. Ideally, this individual would have an aptitude for collaboration, attention to detail, and compliance with Etegent and Government requirements.
Lead the development of business and cost proposals for Government contracts
Negotiate contracts, including fee and data rights, with Government customers
Lead the Etegent team in contract modifications, funding, and issue resolution
Support new business development initiatives, including assisting with the identification and formulation of teaming strategies
Negotiate teaming and nondisclosure agreements with Etegent teammates
Develop subcontract RFPs and evaluate subcontractor proposals
Negotiate and administer subcontracts and ensure compliance on cost, schedule, legal, and performance aspects
Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the federal government proposal process and the interpretation and application of FARs
Knowledge of IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, and LOE contract/subcontract types, task orders and delivery orders, and multiple award processes
5 years of experience in Government contracts and/or subcontracts administration, including negotiating prices and fees
5 years of experience negotiating teaming and nondisclosure agreements
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Contract and/or subcontract administration of AFRL, NASIC, and/or DARPA contracts
Experience developing Government business and cost proposals
10+ years of experience in Government contracts and/or subcontracts administration
10+ years of experience negotiating teaming and nondisclosure agreements
Experience developing and ensuring compliance with a Government approved purchasing system
