The Job – What Is it?
The KonTerra Group is hiring a full-time Administrative Clinician to project manage and oversee a comprehensive EAP, mental health and resilience program for a USG federal law enforcement agency.
The position is full-time (40-hours per week) dedicated to the client agency
The position will be physically located at the client agency Headquarters in Washington
Primary duties and responsibilities of the position include:
Serve as Project Manager and have full responsibility for all clinical operations performed under this contract. He or she shall also be the Contractor’s “first and final” point of contact for all issues pertaining to contract specifications, performance, and communications with the Government and in that capacity shall develop and sustain a close working relationship with the EAP Administrator and COR.
Provide full-time oversight of the program, and shall monitor, supervise and otherwise ensure that service delivery standards required by this contract are uniformly
Ensure that all clinical services are performed, including therapist recruitment, orientation of new EAP clinicians and other staff, quality assurance and other clinical services as defined in the
Ensure that all services under the contract are assigned timely to contract clinicians, including debriefing assignments; advise management; monitor sensitive clinical cases; strictly maintain EAP confidentiality;
Candidate must have superior organizational, administrative and communication skills
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or psychiatry from an accredited
Candidate must be a licensed mental health professional at the independent clinical practitioner level in one of the following disciplines:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical professional counselor or other licensed mental health professional
Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in directing and supporting senior level clinicians.
Candidate must be experienced in the delivery of mental health services in occupational settings
Candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing and designing clinical services for law
