The Commission Management Services (CMS) Team is part of the Equity Middle Office in currently centralized in Buffalo, NY, USA. We are building out this space to accommodate regulatory changes and growth in client base.
Gain good exposure and solid understanding of market initiatives to enable middle office to deliver change in a positive controlled manner.
Provide support for Institutional Sales and Clients
Product coverage includes European and International Capital Markets
Collaborate effectively between Front, Middle and Back Office stakeholders, with timely escalation
Provide first class client service to our internal and external clients
Ensure our clients are protected and Reduce risk to the firm through diligent reconciliation and break resolution
Collaborate closely with various technology groups and trading desks to integrate new trading flows and system improvements to enhance STP
Ensure compliance with regulations/laws/policies that govern our business
Help produce Daily MIS report and attend weekly review meetings
Proficient PC skills including Excel and Microsoft packages.
Strong communicator, able to liaise confidently with internal and external customers and confidently discuss/explain process flows and market practice with desk.
Basic awareness of financial markets, compliance and regulatory environments
Ability to quickly gain a full understanding of products and proprietary systems, internal policies and limitations of support groups.
Ability to focus on the detail and maintain accuracy in a pressurised environment
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders of all levels from business units and operational groups
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
