Build cashflow models and analyse Structure Finance transactions for RMBS/CMBS/ABS on Moody's proprietary software platform.
Update and validate data inputs, model settings and assumptions for the model library.
Work with the developer team to maintain and improve static data quality, consistency and breadth, with a specific focus toward extending our derived data.
Work with the product development team to design, build and implement new features and functions for analytic and data products
Assist to develop new data/model quality control , model automation and customized solution.
Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's) or graduate/second-level degree (e.g. MBA, Master's) with an emphasis in financial engineering, computer science, engineering, math, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
Solid quantitative skills and analytical problem solving ability required.
Comprehensive and excellent understanding of waterfall rules in legal documents such as offering memo required
Good knowledge of financial concepts and basic accounting required.
Good knowledge of VBA, Python orSQL required
Good communication and organizational skills required.
Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly and excel as part of a dynamic team.
Attention to detail and ability to work and learn independently
