The overarching objective for the Communities Team is to position DBS as a natural lifestyle enabler and trusted financial planning partner in the eyes of our customers, using educational content and driving organic engagement (online & offline) on a DBS-owned community platform.
Analyze insights from customer immersions to determine strategic decisions on platform architecture and intelligent features
Community management, drive internal advocacy for a community-based mindset, set up processes and governance around communities and data security jointly with internal stakeholders, define and drive engagement metrices.
Good understanding of online communities
Able to translate customer and business requirements to technology user stories to drive the re-platform of DBS communities from Facebook to a DBS-owned asset
Manage the platform project end-to-end from prototype build to actual build, and subsequent features improvements.
Computer science knowledge is ideal, but not a requisite.
