We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a VP, FCC Oversight and Reporting.
Assist the Head of Oversight and Reporting in developing and implementing best in practice standards, and procedures to govern the execution of oversight and reporting in Country Support
Support the delivery of an effective communications strategy for the FCC country team.
Ensure that information is shared across geography and businesses on relevant financial crime risk issues.
Support the implementation of the global strategy for delivering effective Issues Management governance in the country.
Build constructive relationships with Internal Audit, Financial Crime to produce and aligned view of risks between second and third line of defense
Support the continuing development or transformation of the Financial Crime Compliance operating model to ensure the business operates increasingly effectively and efficiently
Support the implementation and maintenance of a country management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels
Prior experience in one or more financial crime roles.
Knowledge of AML, CTF and sanctions, and application to relevant lines of business, would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a large financial institution.
Proven ability to manage multiple issues and priorities and demonstrated judgment and poise in challenging circumstances.
Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
Excellent communicator both written and oral and strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to analyse information and identify potential areas of concern that are fact based.
Works well across a diverse team and is willing to assist others as needed.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive self starter with proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working effectively within a large team, collaborating for success.
