Our client, a leading global European financial services and multinational investment bank with a growing US presence requires a PMO BA/PM, supporting multiple critical programs as a member of the bank's PMO. The project portfolio is comprised primarily of regulatory change projects affecting the front, middle and back office departments.
Work with lead PMs for their respective program(s), engaging with key project stakeholders and SMEs across the organization
Build strong plans with appropriate level of detail to provide adequate transparency to all stakeholders
Create and maintain key project documentation - including project plan, meeting schedule, agendas, minutes, action items and risks / issues log - vet updates with stakeholders for completeness & accuracy
Work with senior program manager to ensure scope, deliverables and status are clearly communicated to stakeholders
Independently assess progress and risk and communicate clearly to the Program Management team on a timely basis
Participate in program governance forums and maintain weekly, monthly and ad-hoc operating reports / dashboards and status updates suitable to respective audiences
Conduct gap and impact analysis when relevant
Perform reconciliations, analysis and consolidation on large amounts of data from multiple sources
Ensure compliance with SG program management procedures and tools
Advanced Excel skills
3+ years' PMBA experience
PMP certification OR PM methodology knowledge/experience
Regulatory Change project consulting experience A MUST for this role
