Global Supplier Services (GSS) brings together Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, and Accounts Payable into one team. This group of nearly 800 employees (in 11 countries) manages the source to pay processes for JPMorgan Chase and provides a governance model which includes strong risk management practices, enhanced performance monitoring, greater scale and strong client engagement. The JP Morgan Global Supplier Services Payment Operations team is a centralized operational group within Global Supplier Services that manages corporate accounts payable operations, travel & entertainment, reconciliation & indirect tax operations.
The role of Business Communication Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all functions within GSS Payment Operations by providing the communication & training, coordinating team's initiatives and projects. This position requires close collaboration with and Management and teammates within GSS Payment Operation and will play vital role in keeping positive employee experience.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain & execute on the employee engagement calendar and actively support employee engagement related initiatives
Lead organization communication initiatives with world class easily consumable information with a focus on top of mind recall
Engage & develop a pool of training resources to ensure self-sufficiency in ongoing training
Ensure logistics and the quality of the sessions to ensure a positive employee experience
Act as a brand ambassador of GSS Payment Operation team on site level
Lead by example & help drive a positive workplace environment through teamwork & boundary less behaviour
Be ready to support the Operating teams with their regular tasks & reporting.
