Our team consists of product managers,designers and business representatives with a focus on Sales across FixedIncome and Equities organizations within the CIB. Who are we hiring and what skills are need?
We are looking for an outstanding Sales Product Manager withthe remit to drive the next generation of digital workflows and analytics inthe Execution domain across ourglobal FICC platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgrounddelivering outstanding products and services for clients. Passion for living inthe details of a product development cycle that would include aspects of:determining product gaps, defining/sketching features needed 'on the screen',partnering with our UX/UI design team to get visuals/workflows correct, andprioritization among many internal sales stakeholders. Ability to drive how these should be visuallyrepresented for Sales to improve their workflow is critical. You will possessan action orientated mindset and be comfortable partnering with the technologyorganization to execute on a day-to-day basis against our strategic goals.
Experience in Sales or working within a FICCSales & Trading organization as a product manager, sales person, butcertainly someone with deep experience delivering products in one of theseorganizations.
Deep experience within at least oneline-of-business within Fixed Income (Rates, Credit, FX, Commodities).
Proven ability to own and drive the nextgeneration of digital workflows across pricing, trade capture, interactive blotters,advanced analytics and post trade.
Partner with other Sales Product Managers todefine and deliver a holistic sales experience across our full suite of workflowsand applications.
Accountable for the Execution vision and product strategy for FICC Salesline-of-businesses, you will help determine priority, budget, roadmap and implementationplan with our partners in technology.
Understanding of current and emerging marketstructure that impacts an asset class as a result of regulatory, structural ortechnology forces within the industry and how this would shape products andapplications Sales use daily.
Experience in organizing, conducting andanalyzing client/sales needs. You will bridge the technical and businessorganizations and ensure we are building the right products with a combinationof market/user/competitor research and metrics.
Establish the Execution domain governance process with Sales and Sales Business Managementacross lines of business and services e.g. technology, pricing, UX
Commercial mindset with excellent communicationskills. Ability to synthesizeinformation and present it back in a thoughtful and coherent way.
