The Commercial Banking Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for a broad range of liquidity management products, cash deposit and investment products, as well as managing liquidity revenues for Commercial Banking clients. The team is looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Liquidity Solutions Product Manager for APAC. The job holder will be responsible for the day to day management and commercialization of the liquidity product suite to ensure the business develops market viable, profitable and risk controlled solutions for CB clients in the APAC Region. He/she will also work in partnership with Wholesale Payment Liquidity Product teams and the Commercial Banking Coverage teams to deliver and execute such solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Fully understand market requirements and contribute to the development of the CB Liquidity Product strategy, including client visibility via the Access Liquidity Solutions portal. Working closely with the Wholesale Payments APAC Liquidity Product team to provide innovative solutions in APAC covering a wide range of liquidity products including Virtual Account Management solutions (VAM).
Support the Commercial Bank global interest rate and balance sheet strategy for APAC, working in partnership with the CB Deposit Pricing & Analytics team.
Drive the growth and commercialisation of new product offerings within region and globally through management of client penetration targets with particular focus on VAM.
Produce and monitor daily and monthly reports of key performance indicators (KPI) to drive Product P&L revenue target and identify emerging balance and revenue trends.
Work with Wholesale Payment Product partners to support New Business Initiatives process as required (NBIA's and Applicability Assessments)
Work with Commercial Market Readiness to execute 'Ready to Launch/Sell' plan for new products and enhancements within the Region and ensure execution of post-implementation activities to monitor product performance and clients' utilisation of product features.
Provide direct support to clients during and post implementation as required.
Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional partners and by providing expert support to front office.
Support the CB Onboarding team with liquidity management questions and provide Training where appropriate.
Ensure understanding and identification of the risk attributes to various liquidity products and the client segments utilising the product.
Ensure strong controls are in place end-to-end, including all activities related to client on-boarding, operational processes, legal, compliance, accounting and tax. Ensure strong end-to-end product management control framework is maintained and updated in line with changes in legal and regulatory environment.
Deal Solutioning and Marketing
Work closely with TS liquidity PSS team to support ICEs in major client RFPs/regional liquidity deals and participate in client pitches to drive corporate segment growth
Develop and drive commercialization strategy for product suite as part of wider value proposition
Contribute to the creation and delivery of training to functional partners on product mechanics, positioning and selling guidelines.
Ensure internal marketing material is comprehensive and up to date at all times. Work with the Global Liquidity Product teams to ensure global alignment as required.

Assist with the CCBSI expansion within the APAC region as it relates to the commercialisation of the liquidity product suites and providing product support
Deep understanding of liquidity product suites in various APAC markets. Exposure to different regulatory environment strongly preferred.
Previous experience in managing liquidity product solutions required.
Previous deal solutioning and client facing experience preferred.
Proven product, operational or business management experience.
Banking knowledge, including knowledge of the Treasury Services or Commercial Banking business and Liquidity Management.
Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Investment product knowledge and balance sheet management experience desired. Requirements
