– support product team responsible for managing online and mobile banking product solutions (e.g. bill pay, funds transfer and mobile deposit capture), along with check writing and ACH/Wire clearing services for the firm's flagship Resource Management Account – assist in preparation of business cases to support proposed initiatives – detailed understanding of mobile wallet technologies and P2P/B2C offerings – implement digital payment solutions and deposit Initiatives, including new product development – enhance existing business through development of business requirements, oversight of development, completion of testing and communicating new account features and capabilities – ensure effective risk management measures are in place for all system functionality and activities performed by operational teams and vendors supporting our product offering – complete analytical reviews and assist with sales support of products and services
Your team You'll be working as part of the Client Accounts & Cash Management Product Management team developing and managing cash management features of the Resource Management Account for Wealth Management clients. You will play a critical role in developing product solutions for clients of Financial Advisors in our branch office network.
Your expertise You have:
– education – a university degree and at least 5 years of experience – digital cash management and payments experience preferred – product knowledge and skills and an in depth understanding of the rules and regulations that govern banking payments and deposit solutions – understanding of operational risk – strong leadership and execution skills – proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets – experience operating in a regulated bank and brokerage environment – prepared communications of internal and external sales and marketing materials related to account features – a proven track record working within an organization supporting high net worth clients – a familiarity with the structure of wealth management, either here or at a comparable institution – series 7 is a plus
– a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills – a confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail oriented – proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to produce advanced level presentations and reports
