Federal Contract Procurement and Construction Administration for Architect and Engineering.
Design and Design-Build Contracts include, but not limited to:
Perform full acquisition life-cycle
Purchase Request(s) Review and Evaluation
Bid Preparation and Documentation
Preparation of Award Documentation
Contract Administration Duties
Administration and Evaluation of Design and/or Design-Build activities
Submissions, Reports, Drawings
Review & forward invoices
Daily communication and coordination with various departments, users, clients, and other pertinent interests
Other Contract Administration tasks, as required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; (Preferably Federal Construction Contracting experience)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
Knowledge and experience administering Architect and Engineering Construction Contracts (Preferred)
Supporting Design contracts and/or
Supporting Design-Build contracts
Ability to support high-volume, deadline-based environment
Strong data tracking and data filing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills
