5yrs progressive clinical and management experience requited, oncology experience preferred
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing required, Master’s degree is preferred
Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management required
Evidence of ability to provide exceptional clinical and administrative nursing leadership required
Current RN license in the State of Ohio required
Oncology certification preferred, certification required within two years. Radiation Oncology experience preferred.
Responsible for Commission on Cancer Quality Program.
Effectively manages the critical operations of the Mercy Cancer Center.
