Responsible for the procurement of computers, other technology, and supplies for resale, marketing, and advertising. Provides service to the campus for acquisition, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of University assets. Development of new business solutions and unit growth.
Provides analysis of past and current statistics for future planning, identifying trends and presenting recommendations regarding the computing assets used by students and the institution.
Compiles data, calculates sales figures, drafts reports and otherwise assists with daily, monthly, quarterly and annual analysis, reports Bookstore financial performance and assists with budget preparation.
Employs sound audit procedures and security measures. Works to resolve discrepancies and finalizes the inventory accurately and in a timely manner.
Manages vendor and departmental relationships to ensure margins and targets are met.
Acts as liaison for POS Administrator and with Central IT related to retail systems.
Manages to purchase of all technology and peripherals.
Develops special sales and events and handles special orders for faculty, staff and departments.
