Department of Family and Community Health - Assistant Professor - (190000TX)
The University of Maryland School of Nursing (UMSON) is currently recruiting for a full-time faculty member to join the Department of Family and Community Health to teach Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) and other entry level courses.

Participate in the development, teaching, organization, and evaluation of clinical and didactic education for the capstone clinical practicum and seminar taken in the final semester of the Clinical Nurse Leadership program of study to facilitate the transition from nursing student to clinical nurse leader.
Participate in the development, teaching, organization, and evaluation of entry-level courses in the Department of Family and Community Health.
Advise and evaluate students in clinical settings, including conducting site visits to preceptor locations.
Maintain an active program of scholarship.
Participate in faculty governance.
Provide service to the school, university, and profession.
Master's degree with Clinical Nurse Leader specialty required.
Doctoral degree in nursing or related field or enrollment in a doctoral program required.
Current license to practice nursing in Maryland required.
Recent clinical experience preferred.
Prior academic experience preferred.
