Under moderate supervision, responsible for consulting with business units and/or Lines of Business to identify talent and learning needs and provide appropriate solutions by designing, developing, and administering a variety of Talent, Learning and Development programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps create and administer Talent, Learning and Development (TLD) training programs in Learning Platform Operations.
Coordinates with Learning Resource Management and Content & Curriculum Design departments for collaboration to ensure effective outcomes.
Obtains working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) within Learning Platform, Talent Management, and Succession Planning modules.
Partners with Talent Management team on various projects including but not limited to Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, 360 Assessments, and Performance Management.
Consults with business unit or LOB partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions that meet organizational learning demands.
Develops and updates training materials, programs, curriculums and collections within the LMS as needed. May facilitate these updates as needed.
Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates for Learning and Talent Management.
Ensures all new content creation is aligned with LMS governance guidelines.
Uses the talent and learning dashboards for training analytics and standard learning metrics to evaluate talent and learning effectiveness that help drive team initiatives.
Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed.
Recommends appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants, and trainers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
