The Government Pricing Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical insight behind Government Pricing Programs with an initial focus on PHS 340B program transactions at Exelixis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitoring and analysis of 340B Activity: o Reconciliation and analysis against rebate claims to identify duplicate discounting and other non compliance items. o Identify and investigate aberations. o Develop robust processes to minimize or eliminate revenue leakage with 340B program related transactions. • Assist in coordinating Covered Entity Inquiries. • Assist in coordinating Covered Entity audit planning with 3rd Party. • Develop and produce regular reports for management review. • Maintain filing systems. • Monitor distributor transactions to ensure only authorized/eligible accounts are purchasing. • Review 340B Program policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. • Stay appraised of changing regulations and market dynamics. • Other special projects.

Education: • Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree graduate from a four-year college with concentration in Public Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Data Management, Law, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting. • Or equivalent combination of education and onhand experience.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills: • Desired 2 to 4 years experience in the Healthcare Industry; preferably in Pharmacueticals. • Desired experience with the PHS 340B program. • Understanding of the US Healthcare System; specifically the PHS 340b Program. • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. • Reading and understanding statutes and law. • Documenting Processes and Procedures. • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and data management skills. • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time sensitive tasks. • Demonstrates urgency, respect and confidentiality; is approachable and interacts professionally. • Responds well to shifting priorities by maintaining flexibility and professionalism. • Routinely produces quality work, contributes to efficiency and productivity. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
