Develop and enhance product offerings for ULI premium and auto financing to meet customer needs, operational efficiency and achieve profitable growth through effective use of data and technology.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver efficient operational processes to enhance both customer and employee journeys.
Ensure sound risk management and full compliance of applicable regulations and internal policies.
Keep abreast of new product features and trends from insurance/auto partners to ensure successful implementation and delivery of financial targets.
Portfolio management (Protect/Grow) - Leverage on data to drive product innovation and development, by identifying gaps and opportunities to implement marketing initiatives with respective internal bancassurance partners across the Treasures customer segment.
To manage and drive marketing initiatives for the respective auto loan channels, working closely with respective ecosystem partners, external partners and sales team.
Process Improvement - Drive operational efforts to achieve operational efficiency and improved employee and customer journeys from loan origination to fulfilment, through collaboration with respective frontline, support and risk management units.
Preparation and presentation of management reports and initiatives, through regular MIS updates and administrative duties.
Work on ongoing and new projects to deliver a strong product proposition for our customers and employees.
To keep abreast of market and regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management for oversight.
To provide day to day support for auto loan stakeholders in pricing, operational and governance matters.
Degree holder or above
At least 5 years of experience in product management of consumer banking products. (Secured Lending Products would be an advantage.)
Knowledge in system as a user, with ability to engage Tech teams would be advantage
Team player with good organizational and communication skills
Good customer orientation
