As a member of the Barnard College Alumnae Relations team, the Associate Director, Alumnae Engagement is responsible for the development and planning of alumnae programs in the following areas: young alumnae (past ten years of graduates), student/alumnae, and special interest groups as assigned, as well as the identification and oversight of volunteer class leaders in classes from the past 20 years of graduation.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three to five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in alumnae relations, public relations, development, volunteer program organization or closely related activities
Ability and willingness to work outside of standard business hours
