The role responsibilities:
Develop, keep up to date the ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) programme risks and action tracker data for review and challenge by ABC CoE (Center of Excellence) Team / ABC Programme Stakeholders and as reported to ABC Programme meetings.
Providing governance and oversight in respect of CoE team management and communications activities.
Review key news articles relating to Financial Crime and draft written summaries for circulation across the ABC Programme
Provide seamless assistance to and execute duties as described herein for the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Team members in the U.S., UK, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, among other countries in which SCB has offices.
Triage emails via the ABC mailbox to ABC Programme Stakeholders
Maintain up to date key ABC Central Programme data, documentation, registers, logs and reporting outputs
Finalise documentation ahead of publication or dissemination (internally / externally)
Type general correspondence, including, but not limited to emails and reports for updates from Central ABC for distribution to ABC Programme stakeholders
Responsible for developing Team Meeting and Committee agendas, materials, action tracker and risk log, objective tracking, and similar programme requirements.
Manage and coordinate diaries including arranging and booking internal and external meetings and global conference calls
Produce content for and manage the Group's Bridge page and its internal Intranet Teamsite.
Support in the development of Programme communications and support in their onwards dissemination and logging to Programme record keeping
Assist in the creation of presentation or analysis of data in excel files, powerpoint or word documents, including creating graphs, pivot tables or other data related formatting, manipulation or presentation tasks.
University degree - min bachelor's degree
Excellent Written and Spoken English
Strong analytical and organizational and prioritisation skills
Attention to details
Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The ability to work and cooperate with senior stakeholders
Ability to operate in a complex multi-organisation, multi-country and multi-cultural environment
