Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Assist Programme Manager in managing the operations of the Credit Architecture Programme - one of DBS' largest transformation projects
Provide secretarial support in governance meetings (PSC and Operating Committee meetings) and other value stream meetings as required.
Update Programme Sharepoint for project document sharing, report submission and responsible for project announcements through the platform.
Assist in coordinating key meetings to ensure communications/updates are properly done and executed by identified action parties by teams
Assist Programme Manager in:
Rolling out key deliverables to users
Audit and governance matters, coordinate between all Value Streams and Audit.
Communications across the Bank for the project to ensure this important channel of communication is effectively delivered.
Degree holder with 3-7 years of working experience in relevant field.
Prior experience in project management (some corporate banking or credit experience would be a plus)
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
Meticulous and able to work under pressure.
