The Finance & Business Management team supports the CCBSI sales organization through numerous strategic initiatives and advisory responsibilities, spanning from financial planning and analysis to general business process support and sales reporting.
This position within the Analytics & Reporting team will be responsible for driving the sales reporting and central analytics strategy of the business, with specific responsibilities as follows:
Lead the rationalization, development, and execution of Sales reporting and analysis within the Commercial Bank's target state infrastructure. Specific responsibilities include:
Develop and oversee the reporting roadmap and associated project plans, including the migration of legacy reporting to target state and development of net new reporting
Lead design lab sessions with bankers and other business stakeholders to collect business requirements and summarize feedback for dashboard development
Oversee creation of wireframes to memorialize dashboard design concepts and facilitate working group sessions with the Dashboard Factory team (internal JPM developers) and other business partners
Oversee testing and validation of prototypes and roll-out to business users, including product demos, training and ongoing support
Proactively capture feedback from end users and evaluate usage stats to further iterate and improve existing dashboards
Liaise with CB partners across other LOBs and centers of excellence to discuss and document best practices, issues or discrepancies, lessons learned, etc.
Represent CCBSI's data and reporting needs in CB's cross-LOB transformation programs and plan the digital delivery of data and analytics for front office through desktop and mobile apps
Identify opportunities and create a pipeline for analytics projects with an eye towards new business insights and growth opportunities, and partner with the CB Transformation Office and Data Science teams to promote the use of big data to answer key business questions
Serve as a subject matter expert for key CCBSI metrics and data elements, responsible for overseeing ad hoc requests for information or analysis and ensuring team governance model and control processes are followed
Partner with CCBSI Business Management offshore team leadership and other centers of excellence to oversee reporting strategy, team governance, and completion of ad hoc requests
Support CCBSI Business Management in the development, implementation and execution of various CCBSI initiatives (e.g. Annual business reviews, business off-sites, etc.)
Represent CCBSI in various Commercial Banking and cross-LOB projects and partner effectively with other teams (e.g. CB Strategy)
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
Training, mentoring and overseeing responsibilities of junior resources as well as recruiting additional team members as necessary

7 years of relevant work experience in business management, business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvement, management consulting and/or project management
Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects and business analysis, with experience overseeing the work of junior resources
Experience in the design and development of business intelligence reporting is a must, with exposure to latest business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense / Tableau) a plus
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.; VBA is a plus) and developing executive presentations in MS PowerPoint (PitchPro a plus)
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL (preference in MS SQL Server and Apache Hive / Impala), Python, or R is a plus
Familiarity with internal JPMC data systems (e.g. Client Central, CKC) is a plus
