ThisTreasury Sales Associate role is an integral Treasury Services coverage teammember who contributes to achieving new revenue targets and overcomingportfolio growth hurdles. Persons in this role have client facing responsibilitiesfor assigned clients and the secondary officer supporting Treasury Salesactivities with the client. This role allows an individual to develop skillsfor becoming an independent calling officer.
Develop pre-call agendas and materials based on in depth knowledge ofclient's business model, industry profile, current relationship services andplanned client activities;
Participate in client meetings including responsibility where appropriate forportions of the client meeting (monthly "call quotas" to bedetermined);
Management of all post call activities and responsibility forcompletion/resolution of follow up items with the client;
Responsible for the independent completion of RFP and RFI responses includingthe customization of standard bank responses based on in depth knowledge of thebidding client and their industry;
Brainstorm with primary sales officer to develop and create targetedsolutions for assigned clients;
Develop customized client pitches and presentation materials;
Quantify new deals/opportunities in CKC; update the pipeline as each dealmoves through various stages of the "sale" with the client;
Support implementation projects as needed by the TSM or ImplementationProject Manager or Consultant;
Support the Treasury Services Officer in the completion of the KYC andcompliance records for clients;
Involve in Marketing and Events Activities (Industry, client or JPM);
Develop and maintain client facing relationship reviews of all treasuryservices used by assigned clients; analyze results of the review and providerecommendations for service additions, deletions and modifications;
Proactively review monthly account analysis statements for assigned clientsand independently manage any necessary client communication and billcorrections; monitor receipt of fees; actively work with clients to collectpast due amounts;
Determine participants, arrange and manage conference calls with clients andinternal partners e.g. PSS and service;
Develop data analysis including industry benchmarks, product usage, billingand volume/activity trends;
2 yearsplus experience in cash management or related field;
Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Services products, pricingphilosophy, billing process;
Understanding of Compliance, Know Your Customer and Risk Awareness;
Ability to recognize a client's needs and apply solution selling requiring adeep comprehension of TS products;
Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrated problem solving skills;
Time management, organizational and planning skills;
Proven PC skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint,Excel and Word) and internet based systems experience;
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources;
