This position assists the Office of Project and Portfolio Services with the delivery of projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization's governance and project management framework. Initiatives may include interpreting and working within ITG, OHSU, and Office of Integrity guidelines and policies. They will manage the OPPS Strategic Initiatives Reporting, ITG Applications Portfolio, PM Community, ITG Scorecard, and ITG Incident Reporting programs. The role will lead in maintaining and supporting project management IT based tools such as SharePoint project sites (aka Bridge), updating templates, facilitating report development and/or maintenance, etc. Responsibilities will include managing the IT component of small capital projects including small design and construction projects. The position will also assist project managers and project coordinators with medium to large IT projects.
