Capital Health has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Experience Project Manager to join our team.
Drives patient experience projects, including design, meetings and implementation.
Exports Press Ganey data into Excel using filter, table and graph-creating capabilities to create customized data scores, trends and reports by DRG, physician and service line.
Extrapolates data from Wellsoft, Press Ganey, engagement software and Verge to identify trends and suggest patient-focused initiatives and goals.
Assists Director in developing and driving patient experience committees for ED, OAS, CAHPS and PEDS CAHPS as these service lines prepare for mandatory government reporting/reimbursements.
Serves as liaison to off-site and growing number of practices providing additional oversight and integration of a standardized patient experience and best practices deployment for staff and physicians.
Works in conjunction with volunteer services, creating and overseeing a team of patient experience ambassador volunteers.
Manages health arts gallery shows for Capital Health.
Associate's degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years of patient experience in a healthcare setting.
Must have experience analyzing Press Ganey data or similar product.
Ability to run and synthesize data and suggest patient-focused initiatives and trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel experience, including filter, graph-making and tables.
