The Cloud team is seeking a passionate Strategy Lead responsible for working with the Cloud Engineering team to deliver the desired outcomes by applying knowledge of best practices to shape the overall strategy, governance, organization structure/staffing and processes to maximize the impact of technology.
This role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities, such as:
Work with the APAC Cloud leadership team and the global Cloud team to prioritize the Cloud book of work
Work on the strategy of enabling the DE platform for GT.
Maintaining knowledge of evolving trends in technology & management
Maximize business value by conducting rigorous analyses and developing strategic multi-year road maps
Define and implement metrics to measure progress against strategic objectives
Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize the technology portfolio according to impact, priorities, budget, and resource availability
Drive complex transformational projects, driving clarity among multi-functional stakeholders
Minimum 15 years of experience in Technology and preferable within the finance sector
Experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles. The successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical and business management skills
Flexibility and willingness to engage across diverse functions, locations and teams
Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and strong partnerships
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with ability to influence people
Knowledge of industry standard project management tools and techniques
Project Management experience and delivery driven mindset
Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of IT Services / Products and the macro principles that should govern them (Economic, Strategic, etc.)
Experience with queries and reporting; Tableau, Qlikview, Python, Java skills would be a plus
