We Offer FCC Regulatory Strategy is a team within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Regulatory Affairs organizations. The team is responsible for developing / implementing a centralized and coordinated view of FCC regulatory engagements, developing a consistent communication approach for regulators, building a global inventory of relevant FCC regulations, guidance enforcement actions & industry developments, and ensuring Credit Suisse is engaged in law enforcement and intelligence opportunities.
The project manager role within this team will be responsible for assisting the Global Head in completing the stand-up of the function and achieving the deliverables mentioned above. The project manager will also be responsible for leading read across reviews and gap assessments for FCC laws, regulations and guidance globally to ensure that a consistency and coordination of approach globally, and assisting in drafting responses to FCC-related regulatory requests working in partnership with stakeholders across the bank.
Support FCC Regulatory Strategy Head to establish a clear and consistent view of the CS FCC program by among all global regulators
Partner with FCC, Regulatory Affairs and Core Compliance Services (CCS) to develop consistent procedures for monitoring and analyzing internal (regulatory communication) and external (enforcement actions, supervisory regulations and communication) risks to the bank
Develop and implement a process to map global regulatory developments (law and guidance) and conduct gap analysis
Drive read across reviews of FCC-related enforcement actions globally
Coordinate and draft FCC-related regulatory responses globally
Provide strategic advice to relevant FCC-related stakeholders on regulatory matters impacting the bank
Strongly support all regulatory exams and analysis globally, presenting a consistent voice regarding CS (and FCC in particular) controls and risks
Assist in developing and implementing a laws, policies and procedures traceability matrix globally
You Offer - 5-6+ years of experience in AML/CFT policy, and strong project management experience within the public or private sector in areas such as financial services, management consulting, or government - Technical knowledge of, and ability to understand and analyze U.S. and global laws and regulations related to AML/CFT - Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with colleagues and management across the bank - Proven organizational, communication and management skills - Ability to communicate effectively to senior managers - Ability to structure and produce clear, concise reporting - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive projects independently - Experience interacting and coordinating with global regulators; - Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively at multiple levels and across disciplines; - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment-
