UW Medicine Contracting & Payer Relations has an outstanding opportunity for a Contracting Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for creating structural processes and procedures for healthcare contract documentation and recordkeeping. Serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external parties in relation to contract compliance administration and documentation/record-keeping. Your will be the primary advisor to the UW Medicine Director of Contracting for all department contract regulatory compliance, documents and files - ensuring all are compliant, complete and in order, both on paper and electronically, for all eight UW Medicine entities at all times.
You will be responsible for tracking regulatory, auditing body (not limited to: HEDIS, JCAHO, DOH, credentialing bodies, and NCQA) and other laws and regulations and assuring that the department policies, procedures, personnel, and contracts are in compliance.
This is a 60% FTE, 24-hours-per-week position.
Six to eight years of professional experience to include healthcare contract compliance, payer contract deliverables, payer contract execution, and payer contract deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of methods and techniques of healthcare contract analysis.
High attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
Healthcare experience in payer contracting.
Experience with UW Medicine data systems.
Participation in HFMA, ACHE, MGMA, or other healthcare networking environment desirable.
