The fund manager is an established Venture Capital firm focused on early-stage technology investment. The firm is currently investing their second fund, with 17 companies in the portfolio and four exits. With current performance from the existing portfolio pointing to top-quartile performance, the manager will shortly raise a third fund (and future funds) focused on the institutional channel (mainly pension/superannuation fund client base) and additional capital from an existing sophisticated investor base.
The partners have technology company founding experience, and a long track record within technology investment across funds management and blue-chip corporates, whilst the Board and Advisory Board comprises industry-leading funds management executives.

The Head of Investor Relations will have the following responsibilities:
Work closely with the Partners and the Board to establish, grow and maintain relationships within corporate & public superannuation funds; sovereign wealth funds; foundations & endowments; insurers; financial institutions; private banks and financial intermediaries (e.g. financial advisors, accountants and brokers);
Product & marketing material preparation and delivery, involvement in LP events and representation of the firm more broadly;
Perform and prepare competitor analysis on trends relating to VC more broadly;
Internal & external stakeholder reporting;
The target candidate will have strong relationships with local institutional investors and evidence of having raised meaningful capital from this channel.
