Under direction of the Associate Provost, the Manager of External Reporting will manage the university's reporting of data to external constituencies, including the federal and state governments, as well as private stakeholders that request institutional data in the form of standard surveys. Working as a member of the Institutional Research team, the Manager will coordinate the external reporting of data across the institution, complying with internal and external data definitions, participate in institutional committees that govern the use of institutional data, work with internal and external auditors if applicable, and provide trend and predictive analyses of the reported data to the Associate Provost, and present the analysis and recommendations to various levels of management. The Manager will serve as an internal liaison between Academic Affairs and academic leaders, particularly those who support the academic success of our students.
