County Technical Assistance Service (CTAS) Location: Nashville, TN
General Description: Examples of work performed include general office support, including answering phones, copying, preparing documents, directing visitors, and assisting phone inquiries as possible. Correctly enter detailed information and process transactions in learning management system, IRIS or other systems as needed. Order office supplies and maintain accurate inventory of equipment; coordinate facilities and services to support office operations. The customers are primarily county officials and their employees. . Other duties include administrative support to the management and the staff of the agency and the associations representing county government officials in Tennessee. Duties and Responsibilities: oAgency Support: oSupport CTAS staff in making copies, assembling manuals, distributing materials to staff and customers. oMaintain inventory through ordering supplies, organizing supply room, assisting with special orders and maintaining the records associated with the ordering of supplies. Reconciling shipping receipts to orders and stocking the supply room. oAssociation support for registration and general assistance with programs during conferences and various meetings across the state. oAssist customer with enrollment, course registration and other training requests. oSupport to training department for CTAS conferences and training programs. oCoordinate facilities scheduling. oMake travel arrangements for staff. oMaintain office equipment and copiers. oVarious office work and other duties as assigned by supervisor
