Job Description The University of Missouri has an opening for an ABR certified and fellowship trained MSK radiologist to join a section, which currently has 4 fellowship-trained MSK radiologists. The position involves diagnostic MRI, CT, US, imaging-guided MSK procedures and plain film. The MSK reading rooms are located in the Missouri Orthopedic Institute (MOI), which is central Missouri's largest freestanding orthopedic center. MOI is undergoing a $40 million expansion that will increase clinical space for surgical, inpatient and outpatient services, and will bring an increase in diagnostic imaging volume. Faculty rank and position will be commensurate with credentials and experience. The faculty member will have the opportunity to assist in the growth of the radiologic services, as well as participate in research and scholarly activities. The available equipment is state-of-the-art. Approximately 250,000 exams are performed each year serving the University Hospital & Clinics, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, and Women's and Children's Hospital. The department also has an Imaging Center with MRI, US, CT and X-Ray capabilities. Qualifications MD Application Materials Be prepared to upload a CV.
