Definition of Work: Individuals will supervise and instruct preschool tumbling and cheer program. Duties include but not limited to: program set up and take down, following and developing lesson plans, providing a safe and fun learning environment for participants and communicating with Program Supervisor any concerns. Conducts self in a manner which promotes and supports diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and community. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: At least 16 years of age. Background in tumbling, gymnastics or dance required. Experience working with children ages 3-7 required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions as well as work independently required. Must possess strong communications skills. Must be comfortable interacting with children and parents. Must be able to provide own transportation. Must pass criminal background check.
Hours of Operation: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 7:00pm
