A master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (doctorate preferred)
A commitment to continuing scholarship
Licensed and registered occupational therapist
A minimum of five years of experience including:
-experience in clinical practice
-experience with OTAs
-two years of teaching experience
Ability to create a cooperative work environment and foster and develop a cohesive team
Ability to foster diversity in the academic community
Demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills
An expressed commitment to Jesus Christ and a willingness to support the teachings/mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church
Doctoral degree (not required to be in the field of Occupational Therapy)
A Seventh-day Adventist church member in good and regular standing
Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
Ability to lead, develop, empower and motivate people and teams
Attitude of servant leadership
Innovative, strategic thinking skills with ability to implement goals and objectives
