What you'll do:
MBA Student Clubs System Support
Act as primary resource for and provide guidance to a system of 85+ MBA Student Clubs.
Collaborate with the HBS Financial Office to ensure clubs are adhering to proper financial policies
Provide guidance, communications, resources, presentations,
Event Calendar Management
Work with MBA SAS, MBA Career Services, and HBS Operations to manage the daily approval process for the Event Calendar.
Support the MEPS Process (Major Event Planning System)- the date assignment process for major student social events, career fairs, educational conferences, career treks and distinguished speakers.
Liaison and Resource to Student Leaders and Student Organizations
Prioritize systematic in-person meetings with student leaders (clubs, student government, partners/families of MBA students) to foster mutually beneficial working relationships.
Help students navigate and connect with appropriate resources throughout the School and University to achieve their event/programmatic goals.
Provide guidance and support to student organizations hosting MBA/School-wide priority events, including high-profile speakers.
Leverage the relationship with students and understanding of the faculty/staff structure and dynamics to set up both sides for successful interactions.
Intentionally develop relationships with students and student leaders in order to better understand the holistic student experience and accurately represent the student perspective.

Partner Services Model
Serve as the primary liaison to the Partners and Crimson Parents Clubs- as well as related student government officers/committees.
Manage the Partner Registration process.
Coordinate the programmatic elements of start-of-term kickoff events including: Partner Welcome Reception, Partner Case Night, and Fall Family Fling.
