Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio; 3 - 5 yrs. clinical Experience and 2- 3 yrs. management/leadership Experience . - Prior RN Experience in Oncology,Infusion and Chemotherapy. BLS Certified.
