Salary range of $74,596 to $115,313 per year. The incumbent will work to improve nutrient management and efficiency in beef cattle, and is responsible for an independent research program concerned with identifying mechanisms of improved feed efficiency in beef cattle. The overall objective of incumbent’s research will be to improve production efficiency of beef cattle by identifying physiological and metabolic mechanisms responsible for variation in nutrient utilization and determine factors responsible for their regulation.
