Performs all tasks to achieve an understanding of business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing, documenting and managing requirements, and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties. Documents requirements, establishes scope and objectives and determines strategy for evaluating implementation to achieve business goals.� Collaboration and flexibility is expected.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Collaborates with Director to plan/project approach and communication
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with University community
Coordinates planning activities to meet objectives and timelines of overall program or projects
Works with Director to forecast required time and resources.
Analysis & Execution
Implements strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Manages and communicates changes to the project scope and project schedule
Documents requirements, establishes scope, objectives and determines strategy for evaluating implementation to achieve business goals
Performs requirement management and communication, applies best practices for effective communication and problem solving
Facilitates and supports meetings with the goal to gain group consensus.
Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders and University partners
Provides consulting to all stakeholders regarding requirement management
Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Reports and escalates to management as needed
Takes on assignments for projects, and others as assigned
Leads and coordinates activities associated with data governance requirements�
Coordinates activities/meetings with University community partners
Participates in recommending and implementing continuous improvement plans
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Provides status reports
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study plus 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience, certification and education.
Experience with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, excellent written & communication skills, solid organizational skills.
Analytical and independent problem solving skills, proficiency using MS Office, excellent client facing and internal communication skills.

The hiring range for this position is $44,987 - $57,369 annually.

The work is normally performed in the offices located across campus.
