Ithaca College is seeking an experienced payroll professional to provide leadership in managing the processing and reconciliation of the College's multiple payrolls. The successful candidate will develop, evaluate, and implement payroll policies and procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reporting requirements; interpret current internal pay policies and federal, state and local regulations and ordinances governing pay practices; prepare reports and analyses and conduct payroll workshops and training sessions; work in collaboration with the Office of Information Technology and the Finance and Human Resources Application Services team in the development, review, and implementation of payroll processes associated with ICHR Cloud (Oracle Human Capital Management), the College's cloud-based human resource information system; coordinate system testing, modifications, and maintenance; and ensure the confidentiality of payroll related data and files and security of the payroll area.
