Fully utilize relationship management software (Raiser's EdgeNXT) to process donor information and track and report on prospects, donors, and fundraising activities of the Capital Campaign. Duties will include collecting and entering all pledges and gifts to the capital campaign; tracking pledge payments, both internal and external; reconciling accounts by-weekly; notifying donors of overdue pledge payments; acknowledging gifts as they come in; generating end of the year donor gift thank-you letters; and providing accurate information for the Colleges Annual Report. Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion are required.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Collecting all pledges to the campaign;
Entering all pledges and gifts to the campaign into Raisers Edge;
Tracking pledge payments, both internal and external;
Reconciling accounts by-weekly;
Notifying donors of overdue pledge payments;
Acknowledging gifts as they come in;
Generating end of the year donor gift thank-you letters;
Providing accurate information for the Colleges Annual Report;
Working collaboratively with the Finance Department to ensure reconciliation of accounts;
Producing and sending acknowledgment letters to donors;
Other duties as assigned.

Raisers Edge NXT - Ability to create reports to evaluate fundraising progress, including donor reports and other queries;
PeopleSoft Financial - Knowledgebase and ability to learn the College's system;
Ability to work 3 days each week.
Some finance experience (3-5 years);
Working knowledge of Raisers Edge NXT;
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial;
Sensitivity and commitment to the goals of Affirmative Action and workforce diversity;
Experience working in a diverse environment;
Demonstrated commitment to working with underserved students.

Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00, per RTFV
