Foster School of Business at the University of Washington is seeking a qualified Salesforce(tm) administrator to join our team. We have been using Salesforce(tm) for almost a year and are getting ready to expand to Salesforce Communities(tm) and Pardot(tm), as well as an open source custom Salesforce(tm) tool for academic program applications. In this position you will be working with Salesforce(tm) at one of the top business schools in the world. You will be able to build custom data objects, flows, and processes to create great customer service tools for our students, staff, faculty, and outside contacts. There are three main areas of focus: 1: Administration: you will work with the CRM team to keep Salesforce(tm) up to date, secure, and functioning. You will manage data policies, workflow processes, and custom data objects/fields in accordance with our governance group.2. Service: you will set up data, systems, and tools to enable supported departments to perform their work. 3. Training: You will teach users how to use Salesforce(tm), build their own systems within Salesforce, and manage data properly.As a Salesforce administrator you will not only use your existing skills, but be challenged to develop new skills as we implement cutting edge solutions and integrations with other systems. This position will also provide experience working directly with internal and external customers.
