The Manager of Business Solutions will be responsible to oversee client based technologies such as the Microsoft solution stack, Droid and Azure technologies. These duties include but not limited to Azure cloud and governance, Azure AD, identify management, MS Exchange, MIM, O365, OneDrive, remote desktop tools, virtual desktop solutions and Citrix. This position will also oversee the client hardware which includes PC, kiosks, handhelds and tablets. The manager will oversee a team to set roadmaps and strategy and be responsible for implementation. In addition, the manager will work with IT Leadership, architects and project managers to ensure solutions are budgeted, planned and implemented.
Oversees the implementation and support of client based technologies as follows but not limited to: Windows 10, Droid, iOS, O365, OneDrive, MIM, Teams, Exchange, Azure Cloud, Azure AD, VDI, SOTI, Citrix, and Nutanix
Oversees PC, kiosks, tablets, handheld and thin client and virtual environments. Provide direction to next generation of hardware and OS.
Oversees all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, support, installation, maintenance, and enhancements that are based within their area.
Defines strategy and roadmap for all technology for client technologies and manages execution of the strategy.
Manages licensing, budgeting, procurement and distribution of client technologies hardware and software.
Ensures all security, compliance and regulatory requirements are met for all software and hardware within Client Technologies.
Ensures support of all client technologies both hardware and software for all Giant Eagle team members. Issues are addressed, metrics are collected and process improvements are implemented.
Works with Client Technologies team and ensure staffing needs are met and systems are properly supported, documentation created and proper training conducted.
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand initiatives and needs and ensure their needs are prioritized, planned and executed.
Maintains the portfolio of current and future IT work. Ensures projects, enhancements and other tasks are prioritized, assigned and implemented following standards.
Follows ITIL/ITSM practices and standards.
Maintains a strong understanding of technologies and how that technology will support the enterprise.
Responsible for budget development, expense control and/or revenue generation for a department. Amount of Budgetary Responsibility: \\$1mm - \\$3mm

Education and Training Required
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Information Systems
Other education beyond Master’s Degree equivalent job experience
5 to 10 years IT experience
5-10 years managing teams within IT
5+ years’ experience with Microsoft stack, Azure and client technologies.
5+ years’ work experience with project implementation, PMO, ITIL within IT.
Minimum of five years of involvement in the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through UAT support to post-implementation support
