Under the direction of the Registrar and Senior Associate Registrar, the Graduate Assistant will be responsible for making updates to the online degree audit system, evaluating and processing external credit requests, and providing backup support for office front-line services, as described below.
Required Qualification Summary:
Must be enrolled in a graduate program with strong preference given to those studying higher education, college student personnel or student affairs.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a college environment. Experience in a registrar's office or related office is a plus.
Strong computer skills, preferably including work with an integrated information management/records system, with an aptitude for learning new software systems.
