Under the direction of the Assistant General Counsel for Data and Data Privacy, the Records and Information Management (RIM) will be responsible for the overarching global management and training of data records / information process and policies for retention and destruction. This will also include maintaining records in accordance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements to achieve continuous, efficient and uninterrupted business operations while reducing the retention of non-essential records that no longer serve a business purpose. The RIM will collaborate with the Digital & Technology team, Legal and Compliance Departments, and the business operations for automation to ensure the orderly and appropriate destruction of records.
