The position is at the Assistant Professor level, preferably with research interests in mechanistic, computational and organic aspects of biochemistry. The Department's strategic plan anticipates growth with emphasis in biological, materials, and environmental research. The Department (binghamton.edu/chemistry) has a commitment to high quality research and excellence in doctoral and undergraduate education. Job Requirements: A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field and postdoctoral and/or industrial experience is required.
