The Chemistry Department at the State University of New York at Binghamton anticipates one tenure-track faculty opening in Biological Chemistry. The position is at the Assistant Professor level, preferably with research interests in mechanistic, computational and organic aspects of biochemistry. The Department's strategic plan anticipates growth with emphasis in biological, materials, and environmental research. The Department (binghamton.edu/chemistry) has a commitment to high quality research and excellence in doctoral and undergraduate education.
Job Requirements:
A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field and postdoctoral and/or industrial experience is required.
