MSPBNA is seeking anexperienced mortgage lending professional for the position of Senior HomesLoans Relationship Manager.
Job Description/Position Responsibilities:
The position will beresponsible for:
Working as part of ateam assigned to a Complex /Branch level coverage to structure, originating andfulfilling residential mortgage loans. Providing comprehensive reviews and recommendations regarding creditrisk of ultra-high net worth clients (complex income, asset and vestingscenarios). Acting as the main point of contact for clients, Financial Advisors, andPrivate Bankers throughout the mortgage lending process. Managing loan pipelines of Non-Conforming loans for ultra-high net worthclients. Proactively managing loan escalations as needed to ensure a timelyresolution while providing an enhanced client experience. Actively demonstrating outstanding client service skills and having theability to differentiate service offerings as applicable and appropriate. Ensuring alignment with all parties to the transaction and ensuretransaction is moving through the various originations process efficiently andwith quality. Demonstrating the ability to multi task while balancing a pipeline andclient escalations. Acting as the escalation point for issues involving client experienceand satisfaction and providing timely and comprehensive solutions. Coordinating with business partners to complete fulfillment and ensuringtimeliness in closing dates. Actively ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. Identifying operational inefficiencies that arise as part of the teamdynamic and suggesting process improvements. Assisting in the design and development of fulfillment operations,documenting procedures, testing, training and recruitment efforts. Participating in initiatives to improve client experience and assistingto improve overall FA/PB usage.
The individual will reportto Vice President Home Loans Relationship Manager.
4-8 years of mortgageexperience (Operations or Sales). Experience in Client Relationship Management roles. Established track record of developing and maintaining Ultra High NetWorth relationships in a Sales or Operational setting.
Has to be eligible for employment with an FDIC-insured institution andable to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry(NMLS) as a mortgage loan originator. Deep knowledge of mortgage products and extensive client serviceexperience. Extensive knowledge of the laws and regulation that govern consumerlending, including fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TRID. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to manage time, prioritize and plan accordingly. Understanding and knowledge of call center operations best practices. Proven ability to meet individual and organizational goals within aproduction environment. Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills. Aspects of the job will contain a variety of systems to operate foraccurate reporting and tracking
