Pitt Assisted Communities & Schools (a program of the Pitt School of Social Work) seeks a full-time Program Coordinator to support a newly developed elementary grades tutoring program, named PittEnrich.
PittEnrich is collaboratively led by a planning and governance committee comprised of representatives from Pitt's Community Engagement Center in Homewood, Pitt's School of Education, Pitt's School of Social Work, the principals of Faison K-5 in Homewood and Lincoln PreK - 5 in Larimer and senior leaders of various community-based organizations.
Duties for the PittEnrich Program Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Designing and implementing all program logistics (e.g., reserve pace for the program within the CEC, arrange transportation with the program's preferred transportation provider, order lunch weekly, organize family fun nights, and purchasing and award incentives
Collecting, managing, and presenting student data as outlined within the program's overall evaluation plans and goals
Designing and implementing the systems necessary to recruit, engage and monitor student/tutees
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-5, with some evenings and weekends
Hiring Range: $26,988.00 - $43,212.00
